Billy Howerdel and Maynard James Keenan helm A Perfect Circle, who released single "Starless" months ago. There's a new slice of APC music in the world today to follow that up, and it's called "To Whom It May Concern," written earlier this year.

Produced by Howerdel, "To Whom It May Concern" features drumming from the legendary Josh Freese and mixing by Matty Green (who has additional credits including U2 and Florence + the Machine).

The fresh tune arrives alongside news of North American dates, to be supplemented by both The Cult and Keenan's passion project Puscifer.
