Cameron Winter will release his first live album, Live at Carnegie Hall, on October 9 via Partisan / PIAS. Commemorating his December 11, 2025 performance in the Stern Auditorium — made historic by the fact he became one of the youngest musicians to headline and sell out a show there — the record will feature the solo performance in full, including the three unreleased tracks he played that night.
Like most of his solo performances while promoting 2024's Heavy Metal, the Carnegie Hall show offered a simple, stripped back setup: needing only a grand piano positioned away from the audience. During the evening, Winter performed slightly alternate renditions of the album's tracklist, as well as his first two singles released under his solo project, "Vines" and "Take It With You." He also threw in "It All Fell in the River" (the song he opened the show with), "Emperor XIII in Shades," and "If You Turn Back Now," three tracks that will be released for the first time in the live LP.
Winter's and Geese's label Partisan Records will be releasing Live at Carnegie Hall with PIAS. It will be available digitally and physically. Though we respect any decision to listen to this album, TND Staff would just like to point out the vinyl sleeve features an artist's painterly rendition of the Brooklyn singer-songwriter kissing Andrew Carnegie.
The December 11 performance was also recorded by acclaimed directors Paul Thomas Anderson and Benny Safdie on film. Plans for releasing the footage of the full show have not been revealed.
