Los Retros frontman Mauricio Tapia was charged today with four felony counts of unlawful acts with a child under 10.
Tapia was arrested on October 8 arrest and his bail was set to $3 million. Tapia was booked at Ventura County Jail on October 9 and is expected to appear in court on October 22.
