Today, avant-pop artist Eartheater announced her forthcoming record, Heavenly Body: If I'm The Bottle You're The Message. Coming out July 14 via Chemical X, the new album will feature her collaboration with co-producer David Sitek (Yeah Yeah Yeahs, TV On the Radio), as well as a one-song feature with score composer Michael Andrews and acclaimed producer Nosaj Thing.

Eartheater also shared her lead single "Paradise Rains," as well as a list of upcoming performances in Europe, The UK, and the US.

Eartheater's first single reminisces on reclaiming parts of her childhood, specifically the moment she bought back her childhood farm 20 years after leaving, starting a new family there that day. "I conceived my baby the day we first stepped back on the property," she shared via press release. "So many memories, good and bad, were resuscitated being back, and calloused tensions dissolved and got washed away by the showers of deep love with my new little family."

Heavenly Body, in turn, focuses on the theme of motherhood, especially since the artist began writing it three months after giving birth to her first child. "It is very much born from the throws and blisses of becoming a mother," she added. "Some music can wait to come out and it will make sense whenever it does. This music had to come out immediately." The album fittingly ends with "Nova," a song that shares the same name as her daughter.

Eartheater will be going on a brief tour to promote the new record. From July 15 to 17, she'll be throwing a three-night album release party in Los Angeles, CA's The Masonic Lodge at Hollywood Forever Cemetery. After two nights later that month in New York City, she'll be heading to the UK and Europe. Tickets will go on sale this Friday, May 15 at 10 am local time.
