Last night, Christopher Davey, son of dancehall producer Powerman died at 25 after being stabbed to death in East Flatbush Brooklyn, New York.

Powerman described to DancehallMag the situation that got his son killed stating, “His mother had sent him to the laundry, and he was less than a block away when he got into an altercation with two men armed with a knife and cutlass.”

The suspects have not been identified yet.

Tragically, this is not the first time Powerman has lost a child. Last May, Powerman lost a son who was 32 year old trailer mechanic. The cause of death and name of the son have not been publicly identified.
