Today, Chanel Beads, the experimental project of Shane Lavers, has shared his new single, "Dust in the Wind," alongside an eclectic, grainy music video. The track is off Your Day Will Come, his sophomore album out June 26 via Jagjaguwar. Lavers also announced dates for an upcoming North American tour, where he'll be traveling to select cities across the US and Canada beginning in September.

The new single was co-written with Isaac Eiger (Strange Ranger and Threshold), one of Lavers' friends and active contributors to 2026's Your Day Will Come.

Chanel Beads returned last month with "Song for the Messenger" and "The Coward Forgets His Nightmare," two tracks that expand his signature, 'make do' recording style that picks up whatever's moving in the studio and layering on top of it. This time around, Lavers slows down the jangly sound into an airy, almost hymn-like mantra.

Chanel Beads' upcoming North American tour begins this September in Philadelphia, PA, and it ends October 16 and 17 at Miami's III Points Festival. After the tour, Lavers will be heading to Italy for the annual C2C Festival.

Tickets for the North American tour are available for presale now. General sale begins tomorrow, May 29 at 10 am local.
