Oasis’ promoters, Live Nation and SJM, told File on 4 that they’re cancelling around 50,000 tickets from the band’s UK dates sold on secondary markets.
The upcoming album will have 10 new tracks that were planned to be on their latest project, 'Flight b741', and will feature an orchestra.
Two days after the announcement and numerous media outlets reported the news, festival representatives have taken back the claim in a new statement.
Per Primavera Sound's press release, the band will have a new album before the Spanish festival begins next June.
The sequel to 2020’s 'Eternal Atake' is expected to release on 1 November. It is the rapper’s fourth studio album.
The festival will be held at the Parc Del Fòrum in Barcelona, from 5 to 7 June. Other artists are LCD Soundsystem, Beach House, and Caribou.
The 2025 tour will see the rapper and producer performing in North America, Europe, and Oceania.
He will make appearances with the Gallagher brothers throughout the 17 dates in the UK and Ireland.
"No offence to anyone and err, thanks for caring," the singer-songwriter continued.
It's his first studio album since 2019's 'What's My Name'. His first solo venture into the country sound was with the 1970's album Beaucoups Of Blues.
