Phoebe Bridgers has come out with her new album Lost Weekend, her first solo record in six years, and appeared on BBC Radio 1's Live Lounge to promote the project. Besides the usual plugging of two new songs, she covered "Lithium," a track from Nirvana's little-known 1991 album Nevermind.
The show traditionally has artists play a cover of their choosing in conjunction with some of their originals. The Bridgers performance was taped prior to her forced cancelation of U.K. performances due to appendicitis.
