UMG acquired 49% share of the company in 2022, but has now become the major shareholder after the new deal.
The new record drops February 28 via Domino, and will be accompanied by massive touring.
Both items will be exclusive at Target stores in North America on 29 November, and will be available online one day later. International release info will come soon.
