Believe it or not, another Stella Lefty knockoff has hit the timeline. Here is the song.

And a lot of people are saying this track, in terms of the flow, the vocal melody, sounds a lot like Wheatus's "Teenage Dirtbag."

Per usual with Stella Lefty, where there's smoke, there is fire, because like past instances where a song of hers has turned up that sounds an awful lot like another song, there is a cover. And yes, here she is covering "Teenage Dirtbag."

Cause I'm just a Teenage Dirtbag, baby.

Which just leads me to wonder, is this woman capable of making a song where she's not subconsciously biting another track she has already uploaded a cover of onto TikTok? This is a period of growth and transition a lot of young songwriters go through where their most obvious influences show up in their songs because they're still learning how to write songs. Which just goes to show that Miss Lefty is blowing up, I think, far too early in her budding career.

These are the sorts of tracks that should have been just uploaded to SoundCloud and waiting in obscurity until one day she was writing better tracks that actually did hit. Ones whose point of inspiration are maybe not quite so obvious.
