There is no new Fleet Foxes album. Whose fault is that? Apparently, it's mine. Because apparently, to the Fleetest Fox himself, Mr. Robin Pecknold, he is hard at work on a brand new record, but he is kind of taking his time in the process to make sure the album is Fantano-proof.

As I guess he's a little worried about, a late-career "not good" crushing the good Fleet Foxes name. I just want to come on here and apologize to any of the Fleet Foxes fans who were maybe kind of hoping for an album sooner rather than later. I didn't mean for the new record to take this long. And I also want to say to Robin, I think your fears are, albeit, put jokingly, a little over-exaggerated.

Come on, man. I like some Fleet Foxes. I think you would have to make a pretty terrible record for me to come out here and say, you know what, this is literally not good.
