Today, Suede (aka The London Suede) released "Dancing With The Europeans", the third single off their upcoming record, Antidepressants.

“There’s a sense of optimism about this song," says front man Brett Anderson, sharing that most of Antidepressants was written while the band was touring in Spain. He continues:
"I was going through a bad time and at a low, personally. But we played this brilliant gig. There was a great connection between me and the audience. I thought of the phrase, dancing with the Europeans. There’s something about that word, Europeans, that I really like. The phrase summed up the experience of looking for connection in a disconnected world. This sense of, where do we find those bonds with our fellow human beings? That show in Spain broke down those barriers."
Antidepressants comes out September 5 via BMG and DSPs. The band will also release a deluxe version of the record at the same time, containing three bonus CD singles, "Dirty Looks", "Sharpening Knives", and "Overload".
Suede also added two new performance dates in London for their September takeover of the Southbank Centre. On August 26, the band will debut the album live for a limited audience, playing on the new Clore Ballroom stage. Then on September 12, the band will host a film screening of The Insatiable Ones, a 2018 documentary that takes a retrospective look at the band's creation and rise to fame in the 1990s Britpop scene. The film screening also includes a live Q&A with the band and director Mike Christie.
