Today, UK post-punk band Squid shared the music video for their song "Cro-Magnon Man", which is featured on their third studio album Cowards. The video was directed by BAFTA-winner Rory Alexander Stewart, and it stars professional roller skater and dancer Neil Nelly Ingall.

Looking like a found footage horror film, the new visual to the band's third single off Cowards cuts between clips of Ingall skating, a concrete and empty cityscape, and a puppet made of bones. Watch the "Cro-Magnon Man" video below:

Cowards was released on February 7 via Warp Records. Squid shared "Cro-Magnon Man" as the third promotional single for their record on February 4. Following the central theme of evil, the song tells the story of the fictional titular character, who lives in a surrealist world surrounded by corpses, ghosts, empty buildings, and decay. "I'll frame myself in the bones I have left," repeats the hook incessantly.

Next month, Squid will also begin their Cowards live tour, heading to cities across Europe, The UK/Ireland, and The US (including Toronto, ON). Check out the dates below:
