Smerz — the Norwegian art pop duo behind the 2025 breakout record Big City Life — have announced the dates for an upcoming tour. This spring and summer, the band will travel to cities across Europe, the UK, and North America.
The album promotional tour will happen before the two appear at several European summer festivals, including Primavera Sound, Way Out West, Green Man Fetival, and Rockslide.
The Big City Life tour begins April 11 at the Variations Festival in Nantes, FR. From there, Smerz will perform one night in Paris before heading to the UK, Ireland, and their home base in Oslo. The North American leg begins May 14 in Los Angeles and continues until the end of the month.
Smerz are currently on tour in Australia.
Tickets for the European leg of Smerz's tour are already on sale. For the North American leg, tickets go on sale this Friday, March 6 at 2 pm ET.
Smerz released Big City Life on May 23 2025 via ESCHO. (They also shared a remixed version later that November.) The Needle Drop ranked the record no. 16 on our Top 40 Albums of 2025, and their single "You got time and I got money" took the no. 14 spot on our Best Songs list.
