Sierra Ferrell has shared a new song, “Pair of Dice,” out now via Rounder Records. It’s her second single of 2026, following “Trying to Love You,” which she released in early August. These follow her 2024 album, Trail of Flowers, which won four Grammy Awards. 

Ferrell wrote “Pair of Dice” with Melody Walker. The song was produced by Gabriel Kelley, who also plays bass, drums, piano, Wurlitzer, B-3, guitars, congas, and percussion on the track, and mixed by Gary Paxzosa. Luke Munday plays banjo and Billy Contreras plays fiddle, with a choir made up of Kalen Nash, Aslyn Nash, Hannah Marie Kelley, Bekka Bramlett, Oliver Bates Craven, Geoff Saunders, and Josh Rilko, alongside Kelley. 

The song will also appear on a 7-inch single backed with “Trying to Love You,” pressed on rose-colored vinyl and a zoetrope picture disc, available for pre-order now. 

Ferrell is currently on the road with her Heavy Petal Tour.
