Habemus album!
Rosalía finally shared some details on her new album, LUX, after weeks of teasing new material. Her forthcoming record will be released on November 7 via Columbia Records. The Spanish pop star confirmed the date on TikTok and Instagram livestream earlier today, where she drove through Madrid's iconic Gran Vía to arrive at Plaza Callao. There, she revealed the official album art and release date.
"Been waiting so long for this day, this moment, and finally, this moment has arrived,” she said in the livestream, as written in Variety.

In June 2025, the name was registered as a trademark in the music industry under parameters similar to those of "MOTOMAMI". pic.twitter.com/MO3BEc9AFq
Fans also noted that she changed her whole website to include a brand new logo — a riff on the peace sign made from all the letters in her name — as well as a hand-drawn music sheet that references the baroque era. Posters containing both images were then reported to be seen around Europe and The US around the same time.

Billboards in New York City's Times Square also flashed the album's name, artwork, and release date today, per Rolling Stone.
Yesterday, Rosalía also hinted at the sound of her new record, taking inspiration from Catholic musical tradition and iconography. Filming herself in a church, she chews on a rosary as she plays a snippet of a track, which is rich with orchestral and chamber flourishes.
The artist has yet to share a tracklist or single. This will be her first album since 2022's MOTOMAMI

LUX is out November 7 via Columbia Records. Pre-order here. Stay tuned for an official tracklist.
