Today, the British singer-songwriter RAYE unveiled her latest single, "WHERE IS MY HUSBAND?", after months of teasing at both festivals and over her social media. Fusing soul-pop with R&B and a bellowing brass band, the artist inaugurates this new phase of her career with a witty plea for a life partner. The song was co-written with and produced with Mike Sabbath, RAYE's longtime collaborator.

"WHERE IS MY HUSBAND?" is the first song revealed off RAYE's sophomore album, her first piece of new solo music since 2023's My 21st Century Blues. (She released "Born Again" with LISA and Doja Cat earlier this year, as well as "Suzanne" with Mark Ronson.) The second record was delayed by a year, as RAYE unfortunately had her songbook stolen during a car robbery in 2024 and had to restart work. Now, while still untitled and with no official cover art or tracklist, the sophomore album is due for released in 2026 via Human Re Sources/The Orchard.
Beginning January 2026, RAYE will embark on This Tour May Contain New Music, a 40-date headline tour across The UK, Europe, Canada, and The US. Supported by Absolutely and Amma for all performances, the artist promises "Dramatic endings, a brass section, love & passion, at least one jazz cover, potential waffling (excessive unnecessary chatting), a big belted note," and much more.

Tickets for RAYE's This Tour May Contain New Music will go on sale September 25 at 10 am local time. Attendees in The UK, France, and Germany can get access to presale ticket sales on September 23 at 10 am local time if they pre-order the album. Regular presale for those who live outside those regions and sign up will occur September 23 at 10 am local time.
The second album is available for pre-order via Human Re Sources/The Orchard here.
