Today, RAYE shares "Click Clack Symphony.", the third and final single before her new album, THIS MUSIC MAY CONTAIN HOPE, comes out next week via Human Re Sources.
Featuring an orchestral score composed by none other than Hans Zimmer, the new song comes with an accompanying music video directed by Dave Meyers.
Watch/listen to "Click Clack Symphony" below:
Following the brassy and bold introduction of "WHERE IS MY HUSBAND!", as well as the moody and heartbroken ballad of "Nightingale Lane.", this new track unleashes a more baroque side of the singer-songwriter, who fuses an R&B vocal performance with Zimmer's theatrical, strings-heavy flair.
"Click Clack Symphony." aims to yank the listener out of a hopeless darkness, pulling them toward change and good times ahead. On the track, RAYE says:
"The song is about the sounds that high heels make. It's about those times in our life when you need your best friends or your siblings to drag you out of the house and say 'I know you're not in the best place right now but we need to get outside.' Thank goodness for those people in our lives that help us in our dark times."
