Megan Thee Stallion, real name Megan Pete, has sued social media influencer Milagro Gramz on four causes of action. In the lawsuit filed Wednesday, the rapper’s attorneys allege that the blogger acts “on behalf of Daystar Peterson (also known as Tory Lanez) as an online rumor mill churning out falsehoods about Ms. Pete.” The Internet personality has a Youtube channel with more than 70,000 subscribers.
Defendant is also accused of promoting a “deepfake pornographic video of Ms. Pete,” when she “encouraged her 27,000 X followers to view an X post by Bimbella that shared a doctored, artificially created video of Ms. Pete purportedly engaged in sexual acts.” This is brought up again later, “Defendant “liked” an account promoting the Deepfake Video, which saved the “like” on her X account. Defendant then encouraged her followers to “[g]o to my likes”, where they could access the Deepfake Video via her “liked” Tweet.”
Gramz has taken notice of the lawsuit and posted on her X account, "I’ve been informed that I’m being sued by Alex Spiro on behalf of his client Megan Thee Stallion," the youtuber wrote. "Of course we’ll chat about it. They threw in the tape too." She is reposting more content related to the case on her X account.

“It’s time to hold bloggers accountable for years of harassment, cyberbullying and the publication of misinformation about my personal and professional life,” Megan said on a statement. “I’ve endured countless attacks on my character based on false narratives from social media bloggers misrepresenting themselves as journalists,” the 3-time GRAMMY winner continues. “It’s unacceptable behavior and these individuals need to understand there will be repercussions for recklessly posting lies and defamatory falsehoods.”
The lawsuit comes just days after Megan’s attorney Alex Spiro, said he would “take action” against bloggers for misinformation. Recently, false claims of Tory Lanez’s declaration of innocence began circulating on social media.
Lanez was sentenced to 10 years in prison in August 2023 after being found guilty of shooting Megan in the foot in July 2020.
