The Los Angeles Philharmonic will perform Marvel Studios’ Infinity Saga Concert Experience, a two night event in Los Angeles later this month. Marvel describes the concert as "a cinematic journey through the studio’s first 23 films" Music and Artistic Director Gustavo Dudamel will conduct.
Marvel Studios has released a teaser for the event showing clips from Marvel's Infinity Saga (every movie between Iron Man and Spider-Man: Far From Home) The teaser is set to Alan Silvestri's Avengers theme. Other composers that have worked on Marvel films include Danny Elfman (Avengers: Age of Ultron, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness), Ludwig Göransson (Black Panther) and Michael Giacchino (the Spider-Man trilogy, Doctor Strange). Giacchino is also set to score the upcoming Fantastic Four: First Steps.
Marvel says that the concert will be accompanied by "fireworks, light-up PixMob wristbands, surprises, and a crowd of thousands."
It's unknown if this event will later be taken on the road; for now the only dates listed are for the initial two night concert.
Marvel Studios’ Infinity Saga Concert Experience will premiere August 30 and 31 at the Hollywood Bowl.
