M.I.A. has dropped her first single of 2025, titled “Armour.”
The Sri Lankan/British musician and artist announced the single on Twitter with the caption, “FIRE FOR FIRE / POWER FOR POWER/ SWORD OF GOD / SLAYS LEVIATHAN / SWORD OF GOD IS WORD.”
While the single is credited to M.I.A. on Spotify, it is currently credited to OHMNI MUSIC on YouTube, listing M.I.A. as a featured artist. OHMNI is the name of M.I.A.’s new clothing brand, which is advertised to protect wearers from electromagnetic waves like Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G, and 5G.
According to OHMNI’s website, “OHMNI is your last frontier at preserving your privacy, autonomy, and rights over your body and your data.”

How the music works in conjunction with the clothes is still a mystery, but M.I.A.’s relentless perseverance against electromagnetic waves hints that more music (and a revelation) might be on the way.
