Earlier today, ESPN announced that the 2025 Formula 1 season's official anthem would be none other than Lady Gaga's "Garden Of Eden." The pop star's newest single is featured on her long-anticipated album Mayhem, which comes out this Friday, March 7.

Like previous singles "Disease" and "Abacadabra," the unreleased track "Garden Of Eden" seems to sound like a return to Gaga's electro/dance pop roots. Snippets of it can be heard below.

The 2025 F1 season kicks off at the Australian Grand Prix on March 14. To celebrate, ESPN also released an official promotional trailer, which also includes a different section of "Garden Of Eden." There, she revealed the lyrics to what seems to be the chorus, "I’ll take you to the Garden of Eden/Poisoned apple, take a bite/I’ll take you to the Garden of Eden/You’re turning green from the adrenaline.”

Mayhem appears to be the soundtrack of the season, according to a press release sent to Rolling Stone today. Additional songs from the forthcoming record will play during certain captured moments of the season.

This announcement comes shortly after other partnerships Lady Gaga joined in anticipation of her "return" to pop. Yesterday, SiriusXM announced the debut of "Gaga radio," a channel dedicated solely to the pop star's music that features hand-selected track mixes and personal narratives about the creative process by the artist herself. It will broadcast on channel 15 for all SiriusXM subscribers until March 17, but it will also be available on the app until April 2.

Lady Gaga will also make a return to Saturday Night Live this weekend as the double-headliner, acting both as the host and musical performer for the show. She recently appeared as a special guest on SNL50: The Homecoming Concert, where she sang a parody rendition of "Shallow," as well as the iconic "Dick in a Box" with Andy Samberg. (She then sang her A Star Is Born single later during the program.)

Mayhem will be released at midnight on March 7.
