Lady Gaga and fiancé Michael Polansky have welcomed their first child, as per multiple reports.
While news about the star-studded couple's baby broke late Friday (September 11th), it appears that Gaga did not literally give birth that day. Photos, exclusively captured by Page Six, emerged showing Gaga and Polansky on a stroll in Northern California with the newborn coddled in a sling.
It is unclear when Gaga gave birth; however, privacy is par for the course with her and Polansky's relationship. The love life between her and Polansky, a tech entrepreneur, has largely been under wraps with no official announcement of engagement.
While the two have made their relationship known since 2020, the public sought confirmation of the couple's proposal via a TikTok video posted by Gabriel Attal in which Gaga can be heard referring to the entrepreneur as her "fiancé."

The "Mother Monster" had lots to say about motherhood in an interview with The New York Times last year. The NYT asked if Gaga had any reservations when approaching motherhood, with Gaga responding:
"I’m excited to be a mom. I used to have a lot of apprehension about it. The thing that’s the most important to me is to not force my children to live a life that they are not choosing. So the more that we can give them space to discover who they are on their own, that’s the thing that I believe in the most. If our children only understand Mommy’s job, that’s a very narrow view of life. There’s so much in the world, and I want them to be able to choose for themselves who they want to be. I’m also kind of at war with myself sometimes as I get ready to, hopefully, become a mom soon."
Lady Gaga's last performance was in April of this year, capping off the Mayhem Ball tour at Madison Square Garden and an extremely busy year for the eclectic pop star. Her latest album, Mayhem, took home the 2026 Grammy Award for Best Pop Vocal Album, and she was featured as a surprise guest in Bad Bunny's award-winning Super Bowl LX halftime performance.
