The boys are not wasting a minute of 2025. Former Brockhampton member Kevin Abstract and Houston rapper Giovon Edwards aka HVN have released their first single of 2025, collaborating on “MISS THE MOMENT.” The song and music video premiered on Abstract’s Twitter profile on January 2 and is not yet available on YouTube or streaming.

It is still unknown if the song is a part of a larger project from Abstract or HVN, but the song features Abstract singing the refrain and HVN rapping on the verses. This is Abstract’s first single since releasing “Tennessee (feat. Lil Nas X)” and “Big Dog” in mid-2024. HVN dropped a possibly correlated single, “CALL ON” on December 12.

As of yet there are no announcements about an album or project from Abstract, but HVN’s Instagram posts from inside the studio hint at a potential future project in the works.
