Today, rapper Kanye West announced his 11th studio album, Bully, and performed a new song "Beauty and the Beast" during a listening event at Wuyuan River Stadium in Haikou, China.
Within this past year, West and Ty Dolla $ign released Vultures 1 and Vultures 2 under the ¥$; West has hosted multiple listening parties across the world as well.
Producer and frequent collaborator Mike Dean left an Instagram comment saying "Donda leftover" on @hidden.ny's post about Bully.
A release date has not been announced as of yet.
