Composer and organist Kali Malone is back with a brand new record. Burning Song is out October 30 via Ideologic Organ, and follows up 2024's All Life Long. It was recorded at Thomaskirche in Leipzig, Germany, which, according to a press release, is "where J.S. Bach was cantor for the last 27 years of his life; his body rests beneath the sanctuary."

Across the album's seven songs, Malone is joined by Lucy Railton on cello and Stephen O’Malley of Sunn O))) fame on bowed acoustic guitar, who also featured on previous work of hers.

In between this and her last solo effort, Malone has released two collaborative albums: Magnetism with Drew McDowall, and Music for Intersecting Planes with Leila Bordreuil.

Malone will also be heading out on tour in Europe in support of the LP. Find those dates down below, including the various types of performances each will be.
