José González released his latest album, Against the Dying of the Light, on March 27th. Today, a new music video has come out for single "A Perfect Storm." It's a clip that tackles the positive and negative aspects of artificial intelligence.

As a singer-songwriter with a background in biochemistry, González is keenly aware of AI being a detriment (in the case of the former) and a beneficial agent (with the latter). "'A Perfect Storm' is about how we ourselves are creating the conditions for a more and more turbulent future," González says. "Compared to natural risks, these are man made, and therefore not random."
