Midway through her UK/EU tour, Vermont-based artist Hannah Frances has released a new single, "Circadian Heart."

Check out the dreamy video directed by Derrick Alexander, edited by Frances herself, and shot in Waterfall Glen State Park:

Frances says of the track, "‘Circadian Heart’ is a look into the relational pattern of choosing unavailable people and trying to get them to choose me back, only to find that I have to stop chasing and learn to choose me in the end." (Who among us!) "How we’ll break our own hearts to feel familiar pain, until we choose a new way that is softer and more reciprocal."

Last year, the TND named her album, Nestled in Tangles (Fire Talk Records), one of our favorites of 2025.
