Foxwarren share "Deadhead" ahead of '2' release

Today, Canadian indie band Foxwarren shared "Deadhead," their third and final single before the release of their sophomore record 2, due for release this Friday, May 30, via ANTI-. This album comes seven years after the band's Self-titled debut in 2018.

Watch/listen to "Deadhead" below:

The new song features a mix of woodwinds, hip-hop tinged electronic samples, and country rock-style guitars—an eclectic mix of genres for a song that asserts, "I won't stop dancing!" The music video, directed by Joe Cappa, matches the peculiar energy with puppetry, medieval-era costumes, and uncanny makeup.

"Deadhead" follows the releases of "Yvonne" and "Listen2me," two singles also featured on the upcoming record.
