Fontaines D.C. are continuing to preview their upcoming album Dopamine Chamber, the follow-up to Romance, by rolling out new material at their live shows.

The Irish band’s latest reveal came on Saturday at Leeds Festival, where they played a previously unheard track called “Happy For You” for the first time. The song opens slow and moody before steadily building to an intense finish. Footage from the crowd has already surfaced online.

The night before, at Leeds’ sister festival Reading, frontman Grian Chatten performed in a Mogwai soccer jersey, part of a kit collaboration between the Welsh club Cwmbran Celtic FC and several beloved UK independent bands, including Super Furry Animals, Mogwai, Panic Shack, and Loose Articles, for the 2026-27 season. Ten percent of sales from the shirts goes to the Music Venue Trust, a UK charity focused on protecting and improving grassroots venues. 

Fontaines also brought a stage prop shaped like a map of Ireland to their festival sets this weekend. 

Dopamine Chamber was announced two weeks ago, and the band have been debuting new songs from it at shows ever since.
