London-based pop artist flowerovlove releases a new six-track EP on 11 October. Titled ache in my tooth, it’s the SZA-approved 19-year-old’s first collection for Capitol after breaking out with her self-released 2022 debut, A Mosh Pit in the Clouds. As well as new single “erase u”, out today, the EP contains previously released singles “a girl like me” and “breaking news”.

Writing in a press release, flowerovlove describes “erase u” as “a hyperbolic crush anthem, where a crush is so delusional you’d die for that person and give anything to just breathe near them,” and “when a crush becomes an addiction.” Posting on Instagram earlier today she described the song as “a special one,” saying “making this was so fun and freeing. I truly feel like I wrote this one for my bestfriend and I.” Watch the lyric video below:

Following a successful year in Europe that saw her perform at Glastonbury Festival in the UK and walk in Paris Fashion Week, flowerovlove brings her candy-coated pop songs to the US for the first time this November:

11/12 Brooklyn, NY @ Baby’s All Right
11/14 Los Angeles, LA @ The Moroccan Lounge
