FINNEAS announces second studio album 'For Cryin' Out Loud', drops title track

Los Angeles singer-songwriter FINNEAS has announced his second studio album titled For Cryin' Out Loud! alongside dropping the tracklist and the debut single. The album is set to release on October 4th via his own record label OYOY.

The album's first single is also titled "For Cryin' Out Loud!" and it can be heard in the official music video here:

FINNEAS is best known as the primary producer and older brother of Billie Eilish, having both writing and production credits for every song on each of her albums, including this year's Hit Me Hard and Soft. Naturally, FINNEAS appears to be remaining in the driver's seat as the only producer listed on this new single, as well as the rest of the record.

This is his first solo album since 2021's Optimist, and the first single demonstrates FINNEAS's intention to maintain his noted clean, pop singer-songwriter sound that he has honed through the years through both his solo work and his work with Billie.

The album has 10 songs and Spotify currently lists the runtime as just short of 40 minutes long. Check out the album art and tracklist below.

  1. Starfucker
  2. What's It Gonna Take To Break Your Heart?
  3. Cleats
  4. Little Window
  5. 2001
  6. Same Old Story
  7. Sweet Cherries
  8. For Cryin' Out Loud!
  9. Family Feud
  10. Lotus Eater
