Sean 'Diddy' Combs has a new pair of lawsuits levied against him by two anonymous women, accusing the rapper of rape at New York City's Trump Hotel.
The two cases were filed in the New York Supreme Court on February 4 and share similar details – both women recall attending a Manhattan club called Limelight before heading to the Trump Hotel.
One Plaintiff accused Diddy of multiple assaults.
"Combs organized the event, spanning five floors of [Limelight], with the top two floors dedicated to exclusive sex parties involving group sexual activities directed by and involving Combs," the Plaintiff's lawsuit declares.
This first Plaintiff went on to note that, after trying to leave, she was forced to the hotel penthouse, was "drugged, and forced to participate in group-sex activity during which she sexually assaulted over the next several hours."
The second Plaintiff's lawsuit recalls an altercation with Diddy's security guard, before the guard took her and her friend to the Trump Hotel.
"At the penthouse, Plaintiff was put in a room with the security guard, who assaulted her physically and sexually her while Combs watched. Plaintiff and her friend then were forced to take what she believes to have been ecstasy or similar 'party' drug," the documents claim.
"Further, both women were forced to engage in a group sex activity that she did not want to participate in, but Combs had made clear that they had no choice and that they were not allowed to leave. After several more hours in the penthouse, Combs finally allowed Plaintiff and her friend to leave."
A Diddy representative responded to the dual lawsuits, stating in part that "in court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone – man or woman, adult or minor."
