Cyndi Lauper has set plans for the concluding leg of her Girls Just Wanna Have Fun Farewell Tour, which is slated to start in July. The venerable 80s pop artist will undertake 25 additional concerts throughout the United States and Canada, with Jake Wesley Rogers opening for her. The tour will come to a close with two shows at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles at the end of August.

The farewell tour originally began back in October, has so far seen Lauper hop across the Atlantic to the UK and Europe. Upcoming shows are also slated for Australia and Japan in April. Throughout the tour, guests like Chaka Khan, Sam Smith, and Paramore’s Hayley Williams have made guest appearances.

The Alison Ellwood-directed documentary Let the Canary Sing, was released last year, highlighting Lauper's long career and ultimately, her legacy.
