BLACKPINK-singer JENNIE has announced her first solo single, "Mantra". The K-Pop star had previewed the song in an interview with Vogue earlier this month during Paris Fashion Week.
Watch the video for "Mantra" below.
JENNIE describes "Mantra" as "a fun, upbeat anthem that celebrates girl power and inspires every woman to shine in her own way with confidence." The song is released under her own imprint, Odd Atelier, in partnership with Columbia Records.
Following bandmate Lisa, JENNIE is the second BLACKPINK-member to be launching a solo venture after the individual members decided not to renew their solo contracts at K-Pop agency YG Entertainment. With Odd Atelier, Jennie aims "to create new things that attract attention in a different way from what is usual or expected.”
Around this time last year, JENNIE dropped her single "You & Me", which you can check out below.
