Although Acid Bath have yet to announce a full reunion tour (despite voracious fan support), they recently revealed that they will be performing at four festivals in 2025: Sonic Temple, Welcome To Rockville, Inkcarceration, and Louder than Life.

The sludge metal group, who had laid dormant from 1997 until this past October, posted on Instagram on 10 December, 2024 that their upcoming shows will take place next summer. The news arrived after the festival at which they were to make their comeback performance, Sick New World 2025, was canceled.

Acid Bath's reunion dates fall just between the 30th anniversaries of their only two studio albums, 1994's When the Kite String Pops and 1996's Paegan Terrorism Tactics.

Here are the dates and locations of the festivals:

8-11 May: Sonic Temple - Columbus, Ohio
15-18 May: Welcome to Rockville - Daytona Beach, Florida
18-20 July: Inkcarceration - Mansfield, Ohio
18-21 September: Louder than Life - Louisville, Kentucky
