More so than on the previous teaser track, The Mountain Goats live up to the title of their forthcoming album Goths here on the opener “Rain in Soho.” This song actually finds the band on some gothic, post-punky shit and it should set the tone for the album quite nicely. Goths is out May 19 via Merge.
