Ever since I was introduced to tracks like “SK8” years ago, I’ve considered Seattle’s the Spits to kinda be the modern unsung heroes of punk rock. Of course this album, like previous ones, is self-titled, and will probably features a number of songs that are just as crude, messy, and distorted as the one above, “My Life Sucks.”
Look for this new Spits album via In the Red on Nov. 1st. Here’s a picture of the cover to avoid confusion with all of the group’s other self-titled releases:
