Here’s the opening track to the latest Taake album, Noregs Vaapen. “Fra Vadested Til Vaandesmed” is a very nicely recorded piece of melodic black metal. The guitar leads feel pretty damn righteous at some points. There’s enough variation to keeps things interesting, too.
