Sleeping Bag- "Slime"

Despite a somewhat sloppy presentation, the songwriting and melodies behind Sleeping Bag’s debut LP are sturdy enough to withstand hurricane-force winds.

On “Slime,” the drums set a steady pace against a deadpan vocal and downstroke’d guitar. The verses sound almost sleepy, but the choruses burst with a little volume that I think any Weezer fan will appreciate. The track seamlessly shifts into an impressive bridge as well.

The Indiana trio is dropping the album on August 9th, and feel free to sample another track from it on Bandcamp.
