If you’re on the lookout for icy beats and dreamy atmospheres, let me direct you toward Blackbird Blackbird’s latest album, Halo. It’s a collection of new material and older b-sides, too. That’s probably not going to be audible on this release though, since BB’s sound is pretty cohesive. I’m digging the heavenly guest vocals on “Fly” and “Twin Flames“–provided by Rachel Levy and Seffaloo.

I’m especially digging on the instrumental above. The only sin committed with these quirky synths and steady percussion is that they last a mere 1:51. There will always be replays, I suppose.
