Okay, listen, there's something important here. I'm sure you already know, Drake just had his lawsuit against UMG over Kendrick Lamar's "Not Like Us", totally and completely dismissed. While there's a lot to say about the case itself and the precedent it's hopefully going to set, I want to talk specifically to the people who were riding hard behind this case for the past however many months.

Everyone who thought, beyond the shadow of a doubt, he was going to win here. Look, there's only two possible reasons you could have been acting this way. One, you knew better and you're a liar, or two, you're a complete and utter idiot who drank the Kool-Aid. You didn't read up on the case at all. You don't know anything about defamation law.

Take it from somebody who just won recently a defamation case. This lawsuit wasn't going anywhere unless Drake was just going to throw tons of money at it. He, in fact, did that, and he still lost.

Again, I think to anybody who is totally behind this lawsuit, this needs to be your come to Jesus moment. You were bamboozled, you were fooled, and it's time to reassess your priorities and smarten up a little bit.
