ANTHONY: Shake my hand. What's your album of the year, sir?
GUEST 1: Got to say Rest in Bass by Che, for sure.
That's a raw-ass album.
Yeah, it is super raw. I saw you gave it that like 6, 7.
Yeah I did do that.
And I was like, I would have preferred like a 7, 8, but honestly, such a good album. A lot of people just thought he was this one-hit wonder rapper, and now he's really built this hype around rest and bass. I think he's going to go for sure.
Shake my hand. What's your album of the year, sir?
GUEST 2: I have to say Let God Sort Em Out by Clipse.
Why is that? You've heard enough from me as to why it's good.
I got to say just perfect production, perfect lyrics. Just the level of rap is nothing that's out right now.
Shake my hand. What is your album of the year of 2025?
GUEST 3: The new Wednesday album, I think.
Why is that?
Just the singles so far have been amazing. I haven't listened to the full album yet. I'm not sure if it's out yet, to be honest. This is really embarrassing. But – busy university student. But it's fantastic. I loved "Elderberry Wine". That was my song of the summer, the "Knife" song. I can't remember the full name of it, but I promise that I have been listening to it. I played it on my radio show.
College radio enthusiast!
