Rap beefs are a thing of the past, because bro country superstars are now the Drake and Kendrick of potential squabble.
During the Born & Raised Festival this past weekend in Pryor, Oklahoma, country singer Zach Bryan had a certified crash-out and tried to fight fellow country crooner Gavin Adcock over comments the former Georgia Southern lineman made after Bryan's public spat with a 14-year-old fan on TikTok.
Different perspectives of the incident can be found below:
Bryan, who appeared at the festival to sing with Gabriella Rose, can be seen losing his composure and punching a barbed wire security fence before scaling it in an attempt to fight Adcock.
"Hey, want to fight like a man? Come open the gate," Bryan can be heard saying before security intervened.
Adcock addressed the incident in an Instagram video, with the caption: "Rotten fruit falls on its own," shared Sunday with his nearly one million followers.
"Before my set I was standing outside, he pulls up in a pickup truck outside the gate and starts giving out threats, so I just decided to stir him up to the point where he jumped over the fence," Adcock said.
"He knew where I was all day. He knew my set time. He knew where I’d be standing, and he created this whole ‘I’m badass jump over the fence’ narrative, just to try to make himself look bigger or tougher, even though he could have just walked on in the gate," Adcock continued. "I didn’t take the Zach Bryan bait, and I’ll be praying for him to get better because he sure needs it."
Adcock said he didn't engage, because he was scheduled to perform shortly thereafter and did not want to disappoint fans who paid to see him.
The pair have feuded on social media and in the press since July after Adcock blasted Bryan's treatment of a teenage fan.
"If you can’t handle the criticism of a 14 year old why do people idolize you?” Adcock wrote on X at the time. “That kid was head over heels to meet you and spent/ parents spent a ton of money to see you."
Now, we wait on the diss tracks.
