After a monumental night at the Grammys, Kendrick Lamar walked away with five awards for his inescapable diss track against Drake, "Not Like Us".
Many have weighed in on what this means for Drake's career, including the ever-controversial Ye (formerly known as Kanye West). The two have had a longstanding beef going back to around 2018, although certain aspects of it go back even further to the 2000s.
In a recent clip, Ye gave his thoughts on it. He referred to Drake as his nemesis, proclaiming that Kendrick "took him down for a little bit..." and then likened it to when someone in a superhero film steps away from the next few projects.
And then, when asked if "Kendrick killed Drake," he added that he did "for now." He praised Kendrick, stating that he "advanced the frequency" of the rap game, along with Future and Drake in the past.
