Home Is Where, the 5th-wave emo outfit turned Americana folk-rockers, released their much-anticipated album Hunting Season earlier this year. The record marked a sonic shift, leaning into a more Springsteen-esque sound while keeping their wonderfully strange lyricism intact.
Currently touring behind the album, the band’s Michigan stop is getting some extra flair thanks to a promo collab between Kickstand Productions, The Pyramid Scheme music venue, and Lantern Coffee Bar & Lounge.
To celebrate, the café has crafted drinks inspired by Hunting Season tracks. Fans can now order a “Milk & Diesel”, a maple cappuccino topped with pie spice, or “Artificial Grass”, an iced matcha with maple cold foam. On paper the drinks sound delicious, but the names might be a little off-putting from a consumption standpoint… but maybe not, maybe you’re into that kind of thing.
