When We Were Young, the Las Vegas-based pop-punk music festival, has officially announced a temporary hiatus for the year of 2026 via the website and social media.
The cancelation came suddenly and, at time of writing, without explanation other than the desire to "give this festival the care it deserves and to make sure what comes next feels just as special as what came before." Fortunately for fans, this announcement came before any tickets presale or lineup announcement.
But don't get your skinny jeans in a bunch: The festival insists multiple times in their announcement that this hiatus is exclusively for 2026, with plans to return in 2027 as big as ever.
