TMZ caught up with Weezer bassist Scott Shriner after his wife, Jillian Lauren Shriner, was injured in a shootout with police on Thursday.
Lauren was booked on attempted murder charges after allegedly firing a gun towards officers during an ongoing chase. She was taken into custody and hospitalized to treat a non life threatening gunshot wound to her shoulder. Today she was released on a $1 million bail.
Questions quickly followed, wondering if Weezer would able to make their set at Coachella this weekend. In a video shared by TMZ, Shriner is seen walking his dogs outside of his home. He declined to comment on the specifics of her condition but assured that "She's all right. Thank you for asking."
When pressed further, Shriner threw up a fist and said "See you at Coachella!", seemingly confirming that Shriner will join Weezer for the performance on Saturday.
Weezer were added to the lineup last minute, along with Ed Sheeran, following FKA Twigs' cancelation due to issues obtaining a visa.
