Jane Remover's latest single arrives under their Venturing alias. The new track, “In the dark”, landed today with little warning, just shy of the one-year mark since Ghostholding, their debut release under this moniker.

If you’ve been following their recent output, this drop feels like another calculated swerve in an already unpredictable run. Back in April 2025, they delivered their Jane Remover album Revengeseekerz, a restless and confrontational LP that further cemented their refusal to sit still stylistically. Then, without much fanfare, came the December EP ♡, a softer, more fleeting dispatch that contrasted sharply with the album’s intensity.

They also took that energy on the road, touring Revengeseekerz across North America with a fittingly chaotic lineup: Dazegxd, D0llywood1, and Lucy Bedroque all joined the run.

“In the dark” doesn’t feel like a detour; it feels like a continuation of the same restless impulse that’s been driving everything they've touched lately.
