Lil Uzi Vert was rushed to the hospital yesterday afternoon in an ambulance around 2:30pm. Paramedics received a report of a “sick person” needing assistance in Lower Manhattan.

According to TMZ, an eyewitness reported seeing Vert being brought through the lobby of the hotel on a gurney, with Vert's girlfriend, City Girls rapper JT, by Vert's side. Security held up black umbrellas to obstruct the view, a moment captured in a video clip on TMZ.

TMZ also reported that Vert was conscious while being loaded into the ambulance. Lil Uzi Vert was taken to the emergency room and kept overnight, and as of this morning, remains in the hospital. There has been no official statement on the matter as of yet.
